Shipping/Delivery Charges
We ship nationwide and use ground shipping for our gift baskets unless otherwise noted. We do not add any extra shipping & handling charges other than what the actual cost is. This cost will be added to your gift basket selection when applicable.
We make local deliveries in Connecticut to Stamford, Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Wilton & Westport.

We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover for our phone orders. Corporate accounts are available and can be established by contacting us directly. We are available 7 days a week from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Sales Tax
Connecticut sales tax is 6% and will be added to orders that are delivered in Connecticut.
Substitutions
On a few occasions, The Basket Case may need to substitute products and/or containers for another. In this instance, products of equal of greater value will be substituted.
